Set your heat press to a temperature between 315°F and 325°F. This range works well for both cotton and polyester fabrics, ensuring a strong bond without causing harm to the material or the transfer.

1. 1. Lay your garment flat on the heat press and position the DTF transfer in the desired location.
2. 2. Adjust the pressure according to your press type: for air compressor models, use 70-80 psi; for electric presses, set it to level 4; and for manual presses, apply firm and consistent pressure.
3. 3. Press the transfer onto the garment for 6-12 seconds. This short yet firm press is sufficient to create a strong bond.
   

Once the press opens, immediately peel the film away from the transfer to reveal the design. This quick peel technique helps achieve a clean and precise finish. While adjustments may be necessary for specific transfers, this method typically delivers excellent results.

To get started, simply prepare your designs as high-quality files—vector files are preferred, but high-resolution raster files are also accepted. Once your designs are transferred, follow simple instructions to apply them to your products using a heat press. DTF Design guarantees the quality of every transfer we work on. If you are not satisfied with your print, we will reprint it for you free of charge. We keep working until you are happy with the results.

To ensure your transfers always look professional, DTF Design provides easy-to-follow instructions compatible with Cricut EasyPress or household irons. It is important to upload the highest quality files, and we recommend vector files, although raster files with at least 300 DPI resolution are also accepted. Make sure your design is clear and at the correct resolution.
