• Standard Orders: All orders are prepared and processed within 1 business day following payment confirmation.
• Custom and Large Orders: These may require additional processing time based on order specifications. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

Shipping Options and Delivery Time
• Standard Shipping: Typically takes 1-3 business days.
• Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery; options and costs are provided at checkout.

Please note: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
• Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your order’s progress.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation.

Shipping Costs
• Orders over $99 qualifies for free Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are flat charges of $7.5 for Standard and $39.00 for Overnight.
• All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
