DTF Transfers by Size

Set your heat press to a temperature between 315°F and 325°F. This range works well for both cotton and polyester fabrics, ensuring a strong bond without causing harm to the material or the transfer.

1. 1. Lay your garment flat on the heat press and position the DTF transfer in the desired location.
2. 2. Adjust the pressure according to your press type: for air compressor models, use 70-80 psi; for electric presses, set it to level 4; and for manual presses, apply firm and consistent pressure.
3. 3. Press the transfer onto the garment for 6-12 seconds. This short yet firm press is sufficient to create a strong bond.
   

Once the press opens, immediately peel the film away from the transfer to reveal the design. This quick peel technique helps achieve a clean and precise finish. While adjustments may be necessary for specific transfers, this method typically delivers excellent results.

• Orders over $99 qualifies for free Standard Shipping. Shipping costs are flat charges of $7.5 for Standard and $22.00 for Overnight.

DTF Design's custom DTF transfers are printed on high-quality gang sheets ranging in sizes from 2" x 2" to 12" x 17", designed to showcase vibrant, full-color graphics, detailed photo prints, gradient/ombre effects, and other stunning visual elements. Each transfer is printed using durable, crack-resistant inks on premium DTF film, ensuring lasting quality and performance. DTF transfers are ideal for both light and dark-colored garments, offering full-color, heat-applied designs that require no weeding or masking, and are compatible with cotton, cotton/poly blends, and 100% polyester fabrics. However, DTF transfers are not recommended for nylon fabrics, as their smooth texture prevents the adhesive from bonding effectively with the fabric fibers.

The process is simple – just press and go! To ensure optimal print quality, we require ready-to-print artwork in PNG format with a transparent background, a resolution of 300 DPI, and accurate sizing. Note that if your design has a white background, it will be printed as part of the design since DTF printers use white ink. For single-image transfers, we resize the artwork proportionally to fit the selected transfer size, preserving the original aspect ratio. If you need a custom aspect ratio, our support team at DTFDesign is available to assist.

All DTF transfers are printed in-house at DTFDesign using advanced large-format printers for precision and quality, with a standard production time of 2-3 business days. Shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout, and if your order includes both DTF transfers and other items, the entire order will ship together once the transfers are printed. To receive other items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

For tight deadlines, DTFDesign offers rush order services: Priority Service (1-3 business days) for an additional $7.50, or Same-Day Service for $39 if the order is placed before 12:00 PM, with the order completed by the end of the business day.
