I have ordered from here a few times and this last order was a horrible experience. I placed a last minute order with express shipping as I was working on a deadline. The order arrived on time however, arrived in horrible quality. The DTF was peeling right off of the film just from me touching it. When reaching out to the store to ask for a reprint and overnight, I was basically told that this was "normal" and the DTF comes off that easily to allow the it to transfer better. I was told no reprint would be done because they were perfectly "usable". In fact, the rep sent me a video showing me how to make use of them by peeling them completely off the film, putting the loose design on a shirt, the film over it again and pressing and suggesting I should do this with over 100+ very detailed and intricate designs. Fast forward to the market where I do live pressing, and let's just say the DTF were lifting and folding over themselves and pressing that way ruining almost every garment I was pressing live and causing me to have to comp orders onsite as this is a reflection of MY shop, both unprofessional and embarrassing. The day after the market, I explained the situation and how the designs ended up being a problem and requested a refund, and they never even bothered responding - no accountability here.
I’ve ordered a few times lately and part of my second order was missing. I sent them an email and within minutes I received a phone call and within hours my missing items had shipped and were delivered the next day. The prints are always fantastic but the customer service is what has completely sold me.
I absolutely love the images that I have received. It was super simple to create the gang sheets and then the items shipped very fast. When I received the items they were well packaged and they were amazing quality. Definitely will be making and buying more.
Loved the gang sheet I created with assorted logos to cut out and easily iron-on apparel. It was easy, fast shipping, affordable, and high quality. Will be purchasing from DTF Design for all my future projects!
I ordered a gang sheet of images for a last minute order. A few hours later I got the notification that the order not only has been prepared, but it was already shipped. Best service from a DTF Supplier ever.
My printer went down and these guys really made it easy to get prints quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, UPS sucks on their time frame but it's not DTF Design's fault. They ship out super quick! Thanks guys.
Our DTF 12H2 printer is down and I was panicked trying to get some large wholesale orders out the door. I tried DTF Design and had my entire order the next morning, and it was FLAWLESS. Definitely a customer for life when my beast decides it doesn't want to work.
Having worked in customer service for several years and dealt with various companies, I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst. I paid for two-day shipping, but it ended up taking five days. Because I had a deadline to meet, I had to spend additional money with another company to get my order on time. Initially, I was only offered a refund for the shipping fee of $15. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they then provided me with half of my money back, which still did not address the situation.
This experience has been a valuable lesson, and I will never use this company again. Additionally, the communication was poor. When I realized my order would be delayed, I sent an email at 6 AM, but no one responded. I followed up with a second email that afternoon, and the reply I received was frustrating. The representative mentioned that they could have reshipped my order overnight, but it took eight hours for my initial email to be answered! This was definitely a lesson learned.
I ordered a gang sheet and paid for 2-day air shipping. The sheet was printed and dropped off to UPS in less than 24 hours.
Unfortunately UPS decided to lose the package. After multiple days with no update from UPS, DTF reprinted my gang sheet and shipped it next day air in order for me to meet my deadline!

I have not received my prints yet. Needed them for an event on Saturday and now says thet will not arrive until Monday. Will not use again. Many companies offer much faster turn around time.
DTF transfers is the absolute best. Being new to creating gang sheets and ordering heat transfers online, I was extremely nervous about the outcome. However, After researching several companies, I took a leap of faith and ordered from DTF Transfers. They didn’t disappoint. They have great turn around time and wonderful costumer service. After completing my order, I received a warm “Thank You” message from Preston. I will definitely be ordering from DTF transfers again. Thank you guys!

I found DTF Design after agreeing to help a friend with some fundraiser shirts. I needed to find the most cost effective printer to help offset my deep discount to help in this certain situation! Admittedly I was a little worried when it was such a good deal. I was afraid it was too good to be true but almost immediately after purchase I received a text (from an actual human) ☺️ and then the prints arrived in less than 2 days!! Great quality and wonderful service too!!
Product comes out just as expected and lasts long on the clothing when applied correctly.
